NATURALLY PRINTED - $90 -

In this course (90 minutes) we will work with the natural environment around us. Working solely with natural forms: seeds/stems/leaves etc.. Anything else that you have sourced from nature can be included if you like. We will provide a variety of articles for you to choose from as well. We will produce a kaleidoscopic variety of images referencing back to the origins of the natural world around us. We will weave through various compositions, coloured prints and natural pigments derived from resins and spices.

The options are endless as you can bring any natural items that you wish to permanently capture is this timeless technique.

PRINTMAKING FOR THE ABSOLUTE BEGINNER - $79 pp - minimum 2 people

this 2 hour workshop offers methods that will allow an absolute beginner to be immerse into the print making world and generate unexpected cool images,

We will explore simple methods but the outcome will be fairly high level and good looking as we will use proper tools, cotton paper and other top materials.

DRY POINT AND CARBORUNDUM - $120 -

Generating tonal effects without the use of any chemical it’s the aim of this 2 hour class.

Being able to combine the drawing side of the process (dry point) with darker areas and details (carborundum) would be the focus of the workshop. This would make possible expand sizes of the plates while keeping the environment safe and sound .

NON TOXIC print making is what we love and the direction we take as much as we can.

TRADITIONAL PRINTING DEMO - $35 - min 3 participants

STAY & CREATE it’s a program of activities that aim to generate affordable experiences printmaking related.

Come and learn how to print in a traditional way on cotton paper.

Through mistakes we will understand the best solutions for fixing issues and reaching great outcomes!

MONO PRINTING - $90-

Mono printing is a quick form of printmaking which allows you to work spontaneously and intuitively. A wide range of monotype techniques will be presented. Participants will have the opportunity to work one-on-one, learning how to combine these processes. This course (90 minutes) offers a chance to test your creative capacities. Whilst experimenting with different materials, to create a one of a kind print with an emphasis on personal style. Following the tradition of artists who transfer their drawings into prints. Explore the techniques and history of this process, whilst learning practical skills in printmaking.

INTAGLIO MASTER CLASS - $280-

Based on two days sessions ( 3 hours each) this class aims to explore deeply peculiar traditional processes like sugar lift, mezzotint and others that combined with the ones we know will help to build up more understanding about our own practice.

DAY ONE Generating plates of different materials like zinc, polycarbonate, cardboard, tetra pack will be the focus of this first session. Proofing what we made as part of this will make us understand what the second session will be.

DAY TWO Exploring different printing methods with the plates we made will be our goal. Single Mono prints and small editions will be produced for you to take back to your art Studio.

make your own hard book cover - $95 -

Make your own Book cover or Concertina book. Learn how to fold and generate Journals covers and nice Portfolios! This 2 hour class allows you to understand simple but effective methods for generating really well made unique pieces.

INTAGLIO ON ZINC AND ALUMINUM PLATES - $130 -

Learn foundation skills applied in printmaking through a range of techniques; work on zinc and aluminum plates. We will work with different methods like Etching, Aquatint and Drypoint to start with, the chromatic options are also limitless!

This 2 hour workshop introduces the intaglio range of techniques. We also offer a 30 hour course for those who want to dive into this amazing world of printmaking!

SCREEN PRINTING ON FABRIC - $130 -

Learn how to print your design on fabric! T-shirts, bandanas, aprons, tote bags and hoodies are what you can generate. Screen printing is an industrial technique that can be used also through creativity at the same time. Keeping the uniqueness of random combinations of colours and designs will develop amazing outcomes.

This 2 hours class will give us a good understanding about the potential of what we can eventually develop in the future back in the studio or at home.

ARTIST BOOK AND MICRO PUBLISHING - $120 -

An entry into the world of artist books of old. Printed without the assistance of any industrial machines. Come back in time to discover how to create micro publishing and artist books. All printmaking tools and equipment will be provided. In this course it’s advisable to bring along any design ideas or reference materials you have in mind. A beginner level entry into printmaking and also for those wishing to take their ideas further. Pick up a combination of skills in this intensive class.

SOLAR PLATE ETCHING AND MIXED MEDIA - $145 -

This 2 hours class will introduce you to the NO TOXIC Solar Plate method. Without using chemicals we will generate effective outcomes with the photographic look that makes this process cool and unique.

Great for beginners and traditional artists wanting to expand their skills.

NATURE AND ART DAYOUT $295

We have collaborated with Hank from Margaret River Exposed, a born and bred local who facilitates tours for those people wanting to combine nature with art.
This 7 hour unique experience connects you with the natural environment of the beautiful Margaret River region and concludes with a 60 minute Mono printing class where your memories will last longer than a day.
